Thanks, to everyone who reponded.
it seems like there was a discrepency in the ibmatl.conf file, it was changed after
the library was definde and then the server got re-booted over the weekend and so the
definition was incorrect.
Now onto my next problem because now it doesn't recognize the dr
rary:
