Thanks to everyone that helped! The issue was that we formatted a new recovery log file. Before the file format was complete, we tried to extend the recovery log. This corrupted the log08 file space. When the server attempted to restart, it could not read the recovery log. Because we are in roll forward mode, the server would not start.
We solved this issue by formatting all db and recovery log files and restoring the db from tape. Thanks again! I also DEFINED additional space for my database but have NOT yet actually extended the database to use the new space. Do I have to somehow show TSM my changes???
