Problem solved! I forget about HBA Bios. Guys some time ago upgraded QLogic HBA
firmware, by default in BIOS option "FibreChannel Tape support" is "disabled".
Yesterday i check HBA Bios on all windows servers, change this option to
"Enabled" and all worked fine!!!
