In sandbox environment, AccountService getClientAccounts method
creates five test clients. In production environment how to create the
client accounts using API. Is there any service available like
createClient() or addClient() from some service?.

I've seen this error when trying to retrieve a report for an account that does
not have any Creatives.
The error-message should disappear when running your report against an account
that countains Creatives.
