The error you're reporting is generic, and could be caused by any
error condition that the SOAP service does not expect to occur. If you
do get this error response in the future, I'd need you to retrieve the
value of the requestId SOAP response header from the SOAP fault

but they haven't been exposed publicly (I believe the original
intention was to make them available to a limited set of developers).
