Eric,
In hopes of providing you with feedback and perhaps receiving advice
on error trapping and retries, I too received these server time-out
errors on 9/14/2009.
Did you identify what happened and if so can you share?

Alright, I think I'm figuring it out.
I believe that in my particular case, I will choose daily (or few-
hourly) reports for every campaign, but for some specific cases the
information must be as fresh as possible. Would the data from the
Stats be fresher than the ReportsService one?
BTW, how
Hi Kenneth,
There are large alert boxes at the top of the AdWords API Center page
that indicate that the tokens have been disapproved. To have your
information reviewed again, please edit your developer details. Check
your email for notification of the approval status of your developer
token.

Switching from sandbox to production involves changing the headers on

applicationToken headers, and specify an actual client email address
in the clientEmail header. More information about the request headers

Hi Qmeapi,
I assume you are using the AdWords API Java Client Library. If so,

received? It appears as if there is a problem unmarshaling the SOAP
XML objects back to Java objects.
Best,
- Eric

The review process may take a few days to complete, but the turnaround
is usually under two
Hi Mauro,
There is no different in freshness between the two sources. Reporting
and stats data is not real time, and it maybe take up to 3 hours for
clicks and impressions to be included ( see
https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?answer=14052 ).
Best,

I wonder if the information InfoService return when I use the
sandbox?
