I need to set the positionPreferenceBids and bottomPosition bids
through the SOAP API, but for that the position preference flag on the
camapign has to be ON. I am creating the campaign through the add
operation on campaignService but I did not find any SOAP call that can
set this flag

You need to change it to the MCC email, not remove it because a
clientEmail is required - ie change ''.$clientEmail.''. to
''.$email.''.

I think that some of the accounts you are trying to access might not
be linked to the API MCC account. You need to log into it and check

using the ReportService.scheduleReportJob() method. Because
misconfigured reports are still charged at full price it is wise to
run ReportService.validateReportJob() first to ensure it is a valid

The message "Uninitialized string offset: 0" is a notice from PHP, not
an error from the AdWords API.

I'm running a structure report to get all the keywords in an account
and this works great. The problem I have is identifying placements.
As the structure report does not contain the field "kwSiteType" that
identifies them as per AdWords API Advisor's post:

encountered the same problems with 100 operations as for a 1000. This
seems the be happening randomly. I know that you are working on this
