Honestly, I can't get it to fail with any regularity. I'll send the
same SOAP request twice, sometimes it works, sometimes it fails.

When you make normal Ad Report, report you get back gives you two
times idAd...
Example:

First adID is diffrent from last ID, so its very confusing.
