I cant seem to get the AverageTargetedMonthlySearchesSearchParameter
to work properly. I am using Ruby but cant use Soap4r since it is
broken in 1.9 and could not find an example where the
AverageTargetedMonthlySearchesSearchParameter was used so I could look

I am developing application using the AdWords API (Java libraries,
v200909). Unfortunately, I have a problem. For some users (only some),
when I try to get service (any) by operation:
adWordsUser.getService(AdWordsService.V200909.INFO_SERVICE);
I get an error:
13:45:21,561 ERROR [STDERR]
I can't use services from namespace com.google.sandbox in .NET
because all services of v13 version get an error The requested
version is no longer supported. Please upgrade your application to a
more recent version of the API.
What is the latest services version for using sandbox ?

It's been working perfectly, but when I try to get from this java
software the ads, keywords or placements for one specific ad group it
says:
InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @ ]
Does someone know why? Or if the source code version is more updated
than the jar version?
