It appears the instructions at

Hi Shiva,
A developer token should only be used in software that the company
creates, and an application should not require a developer token from
its users. Any developer token can be used to operate against any
account; no MCC linking is required.

Hi Pete,
To address your questions:
1) Yes, it is not possible to upload media after it's been uploaded.
2) Only some media types support names. Images do not support names.
3) Same as above.

Hi,
Unfortunately this information isn't available in reports. You can
use the AdGroupAdService to get this information for ad types that
support it.

Hi,
You need to specify the client account in the clientEmail or

Hi Murali,
The average local monthly searches are available using
AVERAGE_TARGETED_MONTHLY_SEARCHES. You target countries and
languages. In STATS mode you can pass up to 2000 keywords in a
request.

Hi Mike, vit,
If you don't see the AdWords API Center link, you are logged into an
AdWords account, not an MCC account. Another way to confirm this is to
check if the account you logged into has a My Client Center tab.
Only MCCs will have this tab.
If you don't have an MCC account, you can
