How to know when yesterdays performance stats are complete

I'm using ReportDefinitionService to pull reports of yesterdays performance stats on ads and keywords. These stats are somewhat delayed. How do I ensure that I do not pull incomplete yesterdays stats? I am expected to deliver the stat as soon as they are available. Thanks Jesper --

The new UI 2 Layer security feature effects the API
