Hi,
I've recently started using the production service, and unit usage was being
displayed up until the 27th July, but nothing has been updated since then.
I just wondered whether there's a problem with my account, or whether this
kind of delay is normal?
Many thanks!

In v13 we used a structure report to retrieve the complete account
structure. Since we migrated to v101101 we use the method to retrieve
reports for all levels. On keyword level we retrieve a report with the
following columns:
ExternalCustomerId, CampaignId, AdGroupId, Id, KeywordText,
Status,
Changing the daterange to ALL_TIME seems to be the solution.
But even though I fixed this problem I still think it's a bad thing that the
adwords developers just change the way the API behaves without telling us or
at least wait with it till the next API version (and tell us then in the

Am I right in that my only choices right now are:
1) Stick with v13 until v201101 is really done?
2) Create 195 ReportDefinitions (65 clients x 3 reports) and run all 195
every day combining results on my end? (what would cost of that be?)

Hi Joel,
That's good news, as it means the API is returning the correct data. I
believe that the Bid Simulator only returns click estimates when it has
enough certainty, and under some threshold will only return impression
estimates. In cases where there are no click estimates are available,
This looks like it was fixed, thanks! Is there any way for us to know
when changes are deployed to the AdWords production environment so we
can keep an eye out for things like this in the future?

Wait, you mean the report gave you zero impression rows before then
recently just stopped doing that? As in this behavior has changed
within the last week or so?

For a project, we are looking to provide a way for users to add keywords to
the system using the familiar notation for broad, phrase, negative, etc. The
trouble is that I can't simply pass these along to AdWords to interpret, as
I'm guessing that I need to set the proper flags on
