I have downloaded the adxbuyer_dotnet_lib_src_v14.5.0 arhive and tried to
run the GetCampaigns (both v201109 and v201109_1) example in the sandbox
environment but i ecountered this problem. I tried to use different
accounts (even i created a new one) but still this error comes up.

You can use InfoService to get other stats information such as units spent
by the API calls.
