How do I manage ad schedules using the campaign criterion service?

Hi, I'm in the process of migrating from v201109 to v201209, but I have a question regarding how to use the campaign criterion service in order to create or modify ad schedules. All other criterions (languages, countries etc) have static IDs, but it seems to me like this is not the case

Can anyone explain how to use OAtuh token?
