converted into test account yet.
When your test account is ready, you should get an email.

Correct. Test accounts have a significantly higher limit - 100k or 1M as
far as I remember. Both Test accounts and Basic access tokens will see the
operation count, Standard tokens will see 0 operations.

My customer wants to have the remarketing and DSA (Dynamic Search Ad) data
in an Ad Hoc report included. At the moment I run only a KEYWORDS
PERFORMANCE REPORT. I gues I have to create also a Campaign Performance

cannot query for the ImpressionShare field combined with the HourOfDay
