Click Performance Report not showing all clicks

I have pulled data from the Ad_Performance_Report and I am attempting to pull all the Gllcd's from the Click_Performance_Report and tie it to the Ad that was clicked. The only fields I am pulling are AdGroupCreativeId (Ad ID) and the Google Click Id (Gllcd), so I don't think this is a zero
