True Final Url with all tracking parameters

Hi I am looking to report spend by the final landing page URL with all tracking parameters in it. I tried to get the tracking template, suffix and prefix that are being used in the accounts and I get empty values. I tried the landing page and extended landing page reports in the Google Ads web

Offline Conversion EXPIRED_CLICK - GCLID valid in Click Performance Report and < 90 days

Greetings, I am getting EXPIRED_CLICK on many conversions when the Conversion Time is well under the 90 day window (June 11, 2019). I checked for the GCLID in the Click Performance Report and it does exist in the right account with the same date (day). I have tried changing the Conversion Time
