How often do the reference data available in the below path change?

Are these once off load data and only Geo Target Constant can be
monthly/quarterly refresh.
Please advise.

How can I disable location assets for some campaigns?
Via Google ads UI, it can be set as attached.
Via Google ads API, this could be controlled by setting a matching
function(IDENTITY(false)) in the CampaignFeed as described below, before
asset-based extensions migration.
Do you have a plan to add this feature in API?
