BTW, do you know if it'll retry for this error? We have added RetryCount in
our config file as is instructed in the client library wiki. If it still
throws the exception then does it mean all the retry failed or there may
not be any retry for that request.

After a day's investigation, I found the problem is actually on our side.
We have some problem with network configuration. Now the issue is resolved

I am using the CampaignCriterionService->Location to display platform name,
location, and display type information for a campaign.
My question revolves around determining whether a location that is reported
is an excluded or included location.
I can't seem to find a selector field that
