working on it, but we have had no updates as of yet.

Thank you so much for taking the time to test this and report on this
thread. At least now I have confirmation I am not crazy and there is
actually something wrong with the api sandbox.
I would love to hear back from someone on the google team in regards to
when we can expect this to be

I tried with the latest api release (v201209) and PHP client library and
still the same error:
An error has occurred: [AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER @ ; trigger:'']
This is driving me crazy. What am I missing?

Still can't get it working again. I have searched high and low but
everything I find seems to be referring to not initializing the sandbox
development account properly. I have followed the getting started guide
exactly when initializing my new accounts and they still return the same
error.

I have been developing an application with the adwords api and initialized
my account for use in the sandbox as the instructions describe in the
getting started guide
(https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/sandbox#getting-started)
and everything was working good for about 2 weeks.
