Is there a way to download the full geographical ID database via API, or a single file that is always updated? I see the files at https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting, but don’t see code of how to check for a version and automatically download the changed list (or only changes) via API. The CSV files are created with new file names indicating update date, so I cannot just pull a single file consistently.
