The problem seems to have been resolved by Google. I observed the errors
happening on our application from roughly 13:42 - 14:28 UTC.

Specifically, can I use it in a query to uniquely identify a campaign, or
might I get more than one result back?

We have a client that has revenue data in AdWords and they want us to pull
it into our system so they can report it at the Campaign level.
Is revenue reported in the ConversionValue field of the Campaign
Performance Report? Or is it someplace else?

field) cannot be aggregated into weekly, such as Avg. Pos. Is there any way
to calculate Avg. Pos. for a week ending on Saturday?
