How can i get billed cost per budget with Google ads API ?

Hi, I have the same problem. Ive looked through a lot of the answers in the forum and this is the standard response. "Billing setups can only be created by customers who have permission to set up billings" But where do you set the permission ? Where should i go to give the customer permissio
