strategy are always empty. Data on rest of the query properties (campaign,
customer, campaign_budget) is all good. It is just the bidding strategy
that is always missing for some reason.

I need to get all URLs by company, where my videoAd had been displayed. If
I see it from AdWords web interface - for example for 25.06.2018 - there is
about 4000 youtube channels, where AD been displayed. But if I get it

I checked the availability and value clientCustomerId first. With the
