As in the title - I am unable to apply for AdWords API Access from my MCC
account - nothing happens when I click "Continue" under the signup form on
AdWords API Center page.
In Firebug console I noticed that server returns warning *Api exception -
Api signup failed* caused by *UNEXPECTED_INTER

I checked literally 10 minutes ago and the issue persists.
I attached text files with request response coming from server and
subsequent warning logged in console.
