If you want to use that on localhost, then use WAMP.
Then click on tray icon>PHP Services> and there enable the followings:

it is noob question,but i cant find out..
i dont wan a manual search. i have huge list of keywords and want get data
(global,local searches and etc..)
i want to use api to search for i.e. 100 000 keywords. what will be cost of
