Cannot seem to get campaign level criteria (like Location, Gender, Age and such) via Creteria report.

While I do see these campaign level criteria in the AdWords Web UI, I cannot seem to get them through Criteria Report. Criteria Report documentations lists these criteria types as the ones it is able to return (https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#criteria). What
