Google Ads API Basic Access

I have put in for basic access application 3 times now and have contacted Google Reps and filled out a form on the Google Ads API compliance team. No response and no action. Is posting my MCC secure? I cannot find my Case ID at the moment. Not sure if I got one through the Compliance form.
