TargetingIdeaService API not returning any data for generic terms like "clicks" and "diploma"

As per topic, can someone shed some light on why is this happening? There are many more keywords that appeared to be popular but they are null in Google AdWords API, i.e. without any search volume data. Is there a page or explanation to this? How can I get the entire list of restricted/blocked
