I have noticed that if I pull a report for a date in the past, wait a day
or a week and then pull the same report the counts for clicks will sometime
be lower than when the report was originally pulled.
Is this an expected behavior?

I ended up joining on accountid, campaignid, adgroupid, and keywordid. It
may be over kill, but it has worked for me.
If you are using .net 3.5 or higher take a lookat the the linq join. That
is how I did it.
