AdWords API: Viewing Users who can access an Account

Hi there, I am trying to retrieve all the users who have access to a specific account. If I have access to an account through the AdWords API, is there a service that tells me which users have access to this account and what their level of access is? Thanks, Tim -- Privileged/Confidential
