I am getting INCOMPATIBLE_FREQUENCY_CAP when I make mutate call on campaign
service. I am not able to find any information regarding this. Belows are

Just sharing my experience with OAuth2 service account.
Step 1: Create 'Service Account' in 'API console'
- Log in to api console using the email that you used to connect adwords
api. The email should be from your domain, for
example, adwo...@yourdomain.com

Strangely enough, supposedly "old library" is updated with support for new
API version, v201209.
