When we try to work with real google adwords system (not sandbox) it show us error. "QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_LATEST_NETAPI_TNC_NOT_AGREED" we have the same situation like here described http://groups.google.com/group/adwords-api/browse_thread/thread/bdf8e677df4ddecb
We have sign up for developer token and everything else is in order. I've even contact Adwords Support twice - this was there response: "we do not have enough understanding of API error messages to trouble shoot this issue".
