I did check developer token and It's already approved.
But Problem is:
1) When I use the Adwords API with same Developer Token then It's working
perfectly
2) When I use the Google Ads API with same developer token then It's not
working
Please help me.

I want to get all the Manager account using oauth2 API, which is listing in
attached screenshot.
But when I try to get all manager account after allow oauth2 service then I
got only first manager account. Not others account.

2) Manager account
3) Client account.
