AdParamError.INVALID_ADGROUP_CRITERION_SPECIFIED

Ad Parameters Not Updating

I have noticed that on many of my ads the ad parameters are not updating and the default parameter is being used, but I can see no reason for it. I get no errors when setting the new parameters (soap details below). One thing I am suspecting is that there is a problem with the currency symbol

I am having difficulty creating the Text Ad that works along side Ad Parameters. When I create the new ad with the {param1:} or {param2:} , the ads get rejected with the error LINE_TOO_WIDE. The finished ad (when using the ad parameter) would not be too long (as it is only a single digit number
