We posted a request for the api token few weeks ago with no response.
The request form is very limited so we couldn’t add screen shots or
detailed docs about our system.
Why is it taking so long? How we can submit the data to support our
request?

Our application for Developer token was rejected, we can't see the
reason so it doesn’t make sense to reapply.
* How can I see the reason for the rejection?
* I didn’t find a way to contact Google regarding this
problem.
