I'm running campaign of type display with ad of type responsive display ad.
I want to get a cost report based on the assets. I tried to use the
following endpoints
ad_group_ad_asset_view
feedbackad_group_asset
campaign_asset.
All returned empty with more then one account.

only applied to campaign of type DISPLAY. but when you create campaigns
from the UI it can attach this bid strategy type to the campaign for

objective affect the campaigns fields. So Its kind of wierd that I will
have to define it manully for each campaign I'm going to create instead of
doing the same changes that it does through the API

When I select the data and only filter by date it works but when I select

I'm trying to programatically get the targeting setting ("target and bid"
or "bid only") for criterias (age,placement...) via the API.
I get it from the AdGroup.settings field.
I manage to get the settings only if I edit the targeting settings in the
UI.
Any ides what to look for?

Our API Tokens has been removed, we believe due to an expired credit
card detail which was updated last week, but the developer token is
still in pending
