I am trying to add a sitelink campaign ad extension through following API
call.
but it is failing with Unmarshalling Error.
Could you please let me know the valid SOAP call for adding a sitelink
through CampaignAdExtension Service.

I found couple of accounts for which we get null customerId as well.
Can we have the reason why the actual customerId is not retrieved?

Through V2009, ReportDefinitionService, I m trying to get the fields,
that were in V13 structure report.
But in ad reports there are few fields that are not supported in
v2009. like PhoneNo, DescriptionLine3 etc.
Are these going to be included in the report in the recent future?
