CampaignService.Get Operation returning wrong data types

other than "ADD, REMOVE and SET", we may get this error. but the operation i am trying to perform is an "ADD" operation. this behaviour is typical for LocalBussinessAd. when i am trying to add any other AD. it works fine. please let me know how to resolve this issue.
