I've tried to determine the Cost for our Remarketing campaign by running
AWQL queries against the KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and
CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT but I'm not seeing the Remarketing campaign
listed for either of those reports. Is there a way to get the spend for
the Remarketing campa
