Unable to create multiple extensions of same type with adwords api

Hi team, I was trying to add multiple extensions(ex. callout extensions) of the same type to campaign but adwords api is throwing DistinctError.DUPLICATE_ELEMENT even though text is different for each item.when i tried to create the extension with the same text that i have used in api in adword
