Can we access Adwords API only with developer key?

Destination url in AdGroupService API

Hello All, Is there any way to get destination url in AdGroupService API. Or is there any other service need to use for that? I am getting campaign name, adgroup name, click, impression , etc. But is any way to get destination url also in the api.. I can export it from adwords web interface.
