We have some changes in works that is not fully live yet; the email
comments about T&C and billing step not matching the docs is due to that
change. None of that should affect you anyway, now that the review team is
in touch with you for the review process.

Soon after I filled the API Compliance Form (mentioned in my earlier
reply), I was contacted by the 3rd Party API Compliance team saying
"there's a technical issue that is preventing our database from reflecting
