Can I only assign labels to campaigns that are owned by my customer account?
I wanted to assign a label owned by a manager account to campaigns in
multiple customer accounts.

I tried to assign an MCC account's label to a child account's campaign
using add_campaign_labels.py located in Git.
I was able to assign a label to the child account, but I was unable to
assign a label to the MCC account.
The following error message will appear.
