Hello,
Video campaigns are still not supported through the API. You can use reports to
get data on these campaigns but you won't be able to mutate them. More details
can be found here. Please follow our blog for any updates.

I've read past posts that video campaigns can't be created with Google ads
api,
but as far as I read the reference, I think it's possible.
