I am a developer using Google Adwords API for a long time . I have some queries on the same. 1. I understand that to use Google Adword API's , I need to send the Developer token and Application token in the request header . If I want to make a adword tool and distribute it , then do all users need to have a developer token to use the API ? 2.For every call to the keyword API , certain API units (20 I guess) is charged to the Adwords holders account . Are these API units charged for all accounts? Is there any kind of account which is not charged with these API Units? 3. I notice there are many tools in the market like Keyword Elite which do not have a such recurring cost . In fact they have a provision to enter Captcha also. I assume they are accessing the external Adword keyword tool through automation . - How is this possible ? -Is that legal ?
