Hello Das, You'd use the getAllAdWordsCampaigns() method:
http://www.google.com/apis/adwords/developer/CampaignService.html#getAllAdWordsCampaigns There's sample code inline in the docs, and there should be examples of using that method in the samples that come with the client libraries.
