No, I wouldn't expect there to be meaningful values for those
attributes in the Sandbox environment. You should see them properly
populated in the Production environment; if you don't, let us know.

Keywords are no longer marked as inactive, either in the AdWords web
interface or as their status returned via the API. There is now a
concept of a "first page CPC" bid, which you can learn more about in
