Some AdWords customers have their Google Account Manager propose
campaign setups. If you login on the Adwords Interface you should be
able to accept these proposals. Once that is done the campaigns will
turn into real campaigns with regular statuses and show up in
getAllAdWordsCampaigns.

1. We didn't store those campaigns in our system, so no report run for
them. I did the getAllAdWordsCampaigns API call, those campaigns are
not in the response. For the getCampaign call, the following soap
fault is returned: The API does not support this type of cam

you so I can investigate further?
Do you get the same "Snapshot" or "Suggested" statuses if you run a
non-Structure Campaign report (via the API or web interface) against
the same campaigns?
