Sign up for the Adwords API: 403 forbidden

Hello! After Step 2a of sign up instruction(https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/signingup?hl=en) I've got link to a form in email (https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtokenlow/) Accessing this link I get a "403 Forbidden". How to complete a registration?! -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~

Hello, There is generally no reason to use a service account for the AdWords API. Please try setting up the installed application OAuth 2.0 flow by following the instructions on our AdWords-specific O:Auth guide . Regards, M

AdWords API 403 Forbidden error of getAllAds/getCriteria methods

Hi, We keep getting the error below for some of our accounts for getAllAds or getCriteria method for an AdGroup. This fails even after 3 retries with a 2 min interval between each call. Is there any way to overcome these issues? We are doing a weekly sync of all the accounts and around 8 of 132 a
